What is coaching?

Coaching is a cooperative process that aims at creating change. Just as a fitness coach helps you to get the physique of your dreams, I help you to create the life that you wish for yourself.

In coaching we ask a lot of questions. What changes do you want to see in your life, what obstacles are in your way and are these obstacles really so insurmountable? What aspects of your personality do you not allow yourself to live, what fears keep you from doing so and what do you need to let go of those fears?

What if I could do anything I want?

As your coach I support you with tools from Hypno-Systemic Therapy as well as Internal Family Systems Therapy. That being said, the process always adapts to your needs. Together we work on finding your own way and your personal solutions.


Coaching can address a variety of topics such as:

  • letting go of destructive habits

  • overcoming fear

  • dealing with painful emotions

  • setting boundaries and taking ownership of your life

  • developing assertiveness

  • finding self-love

  • relationships

  • personal vision and purpose
